GWiB’s Table Talks - August 2026
This Table Talks evening will be all about Women's Health and Hormones, and Spiritual support. If you haven't already, meet Nancy Mlynarcyk, with Integrative Whole Body Health Center, and Amber Blandford, with Joyful Spaces. In this intimate and relaxed setting, you are able to really get to know your fellow GWIB in a deeper way. Come share some nibbles, connect with members, and share about your business.
What are GWiB’s Table Talks?
GWiB’s very popular Table Talks provide an intimate place to sit around a table and learn about each woman’s business. The format is casual, with two or three women hosting the event by providing snacks and drinks and the opportunity to present their business in a “show & tell” format. Each woman attending is allowed to introduce themselves and their business. The intention is for women to have time to share the good, the bad and the ugly about their business.
Liz is now looking for GWiB members who want to present at Table Talks - sign up!

Why we exist?
*As Alternative Health and Healing Arts Practitioners, we work with others on many levels while also needing to protect and contain our own energy.
*We support each other through sharing our roles as Alternative Health and Healing Arts Practitioners beyond our titles to share the essence of how we work within our respective modalities.
*We are referral sources for each other.
*We welcome those established in their business, those seeking to start a business in the field, and those interested in the topic.

WHAT ARE GWIB INDUSTRY CIRCLES?
Talk to people from your industry
GWiB Circles are offered to members who want to network with other GWiB members in the same industry. The GWiB Circles are various industry-specific groups of women who meet regularly to build relationships and share information. The Circles are industry-specific – meaning that the members of each Circle work in the same or similar industry. If you desire to attend a Circle, please first reach out to the Circle Leader for that particular circle to ensure that your business/employment falls within the circle industry.
*GWiB membership is required to be in the circle. Non-members are encouraged to attend GWiB events such as Book Club, Table Talks, Happy Hour, or Circle events two times for free to see if GWiB is a good fit for them.
GWiB’s Wellness Break - Paddleboard
GWiB’s Wellness Break - Paddleboard
Join us for a healthy start to your day on 7/14 with a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) outing at Bear Creek Lake Park!
We’ll gather in the parking lot around 9am to inflate boards and gear up and be on the water by 9:30. Bring your paddle board + life jacket (and any extras you’d be willing to share).
Rentals are available through Rocky Mountain Paddleboard, but on the pricey side:
https://rockymtnpaddleboard.com/locations/lakewood
We will look into getting a discount code.
Location:
Bear Creek Lake Park – Paddle board rental area at Soda Lake.
The park charges a $10 per car entry fee. If you have a Bear Creek Lake season pass, please Stacey Stevens so we can coordinate carpools accordingly.
GWiB's Wellness Break Host:
GWiB’s Table Talks are open to all GWiB Members. We want potential new members to check out our events before committing, so we invite you to attend two events (Book Club, Happy Hour or Table Talks) free of charge. After that, please become a member or pay the small drop in fee of $10/event - click one of the buttons below. Table Talk presenters need to be a GWiB member.
A big thank you to Connects Workspace for generously donating their location to host GWiB’s Table Talks!
The new reality of the workforce has created the ability to work from anywhere; however, your kitchen table, a coffee shop, or a home office are often limited in what they can provide. Connects Workspace has designed an intentional coworking space that combines all of the amenities of a traditional office with comfort and community.
“With 2 locations in Golden, we create the space where community, connections and creativity happen — and where you always have a place at the table. Find us in Golden Downtown (1301 Arapahoe St. Ste. 105, Golden, CO 8040 and next to I70 (Golden Red Rocks 18475 W. Colfax Ste 132 Golden).“ - Jennifer Thoemke, Owner of Connects Workspace and Cafe 13.
