GWiB’s Table Talks
GWiB’s Table Talks
Get a healthy start to the New Year learning about all things health and work out with Mara Prendergast, owner of Unite Fitness, and Laura Barrett, aka Nurse Laura, expert in nutrition and plant medicine. These women will have fascinating things to share about their business and personal lives... get to know their "why" and learn more about yourself in the process, creating new healthy habits for a fabulous 2026!
What are GWiB’s Table Talks?
GWiB’s very popular Table Talks provide an intimate place to sit around a table and learn about each woman’s business. The format is casual, with two or three women hosting the event by providing snacks and drinks and the opportunity to present their business in a “show & tell” format. Each woman attending is allowed to introduce themselves and their business. The intention is for women to have time to share the good, the bad and the ugly about their business.
Liz is now looking for GWiB members who want to present at Table Talks - sign up!
GWiB's Table Talks Host:
Liz Lautrup
Owner of LIZLA Spark Sound Therapy
