Brooke Dearwester

Brooke Dearwester is a dynamic entrepreneur, community builder, and proud Colorado native from Castle Rock, now based in Golden. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Events and Meeting Management and brings over a decade of real-world experience in event leadership and business ownership. Earlier in her career, Brooke owned and operated Queen City Events, where she built a strong foundation in event production and client experience.

She is currently the owner of Junk Wranglers, a junk removal and dumpster rental business serving local communities with reliability and care. As Event Director on the Board of Golden Women in Business, Brooke contributes to the vision, planning, and execution of engaging events that connect and empower women professionals.

Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to two daughters (8 and 11) and loves sharing Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle with her family. Brooke’s deep roots, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for community fuel her commitment to creating spaces where women and local businesses thrive.
