Cyndi Stewart
Cyndi takes a mystic approach that gets to the root causes of unresolved health and life purpose issues such as feeling stuck, and ending fatigue, food cravings, uncontrollable hunger by focusing on the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Cyndi practices a functional approach to health and nutrition, she is a transformational coach, applied kinesiology practitioner and energy medicine healer in the Akashic Records, where she clears energy in the body through the chakras. Nutritional Alchemy is her unique approach to helping others move past their overwhelming feelings with food and trapped emotions that block us from healing. The symbolism of alchemy is the integration and transformation of the body, mind and soul; Cyndi found working in the Akashic Records as a key component to healing.
Cyndi facilitates workshops on writing/journaling for transformation which she facilitates bi-monthly and teaches weekend classes to learn how to open your Akashic Records, Akashic Light Grid Healing, Angelic Reiki and identifying your Soul Origins using the Soul Origins Assessment she created.
Cyndi’s healing journey involved a transformative experience as she struggled with multiple health issues, i.e. Hashimoto’s, ménière’s interstitial cystitis, MTHFR, leaky gut, candida, mold, hypoglycemia and uncontrollable sugar cravings. She regained her health with the technique she now follows when working with others. She finally changed the food by incorporating a healing approach that included holistic health, nutrition, gratitude, purpose and energy medicine. Amber Blandford
Amber is an intuitive guide, Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). She holds two graduate degrees in spirituality and has completed The Resilient Heart™ trauma-sensitive certification. She’s also certified in crystal bowl sound healing and offers personalized sound healing and intuitive guidance sessions to support emotional release and nervous system balance.
For seven years, Amber worked as an end-of-life specialist, where she witnessed how holistic presence could bring peace and even transformation. That experience led her to shift her focus—to help the living fully engage with life, guided by intuition and grounded intention.
In 2016, she founded Joyful Spaces, LLC to help people align their inner and outer lives through intuitive healing and letting go. After losing her mother, father, and brother within four months in 2019, Amber leaned into her own tools and intuition—an experience that confirmed both the necessity and purpose of her work.
Today, she supports others on their own healing paths through private sessions and a tiered Intuitive Membership program, which offers monthly classes to help activate and affirm Inner Wisdom.
Amber’s work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Insight Timer, and she was named a JoyMaker by Shondaland.
