Join us for a ~1 hr hike at 5pm followed by stretching in the park around 6:15/6:30 with Carrie of Golden PT & Pilates!

We want potential new members to check out our events before committing, so we invite you to attend two events (Book Club, Happy Hour or Table Talks) free of charge. After that, please become a member or pay the small drop in fee of $10/event - click one of the buttons below. Table Talk presenters need to be a GWiB member.
