Docia Boylen

Docia Boylen, aka “Boss Lady”, has over 30 years of building relationships with passion and heart-work across multiple industries.  She worked 20+ years in corporate America managing Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for manufacturing companies, taking her last business public on the NASDAQ in 2017.  She now works for an award-winning Million Dollar home improvement company, Handyman Connection, founded in 2018. She has called Colorado home since 2009, after living in multiple states prior and is originally from Florida.  After visiting all 50 US States, she feels Colorado will always be home. She has served on the board of multiple non-profit organizations and generously gives her time to support her passions with Women, Children and Animals.
